This is a very pretty complex, with brick buildings and a landscaped courtyard. The apartments are huge compared with those found in newer buildings, and I love my wood floors and arched doorways. That said, there are some flaws - the heating system is old and doesn't always work that well, and the plumbing makes some strange noises. The kitchens are brand new, but the bathrooms could use some updating. Parking is a little tricky - be prepared to search the surrounding streets - but I've never failed to find somewhere legal to put my car. This is a fantastic location: within walking distance of Clarendon metro, right by I-66 and the GW Parkway, and a very short drive to 395.
