I recently moved into this complex after doing a lot of comparison-shopping in the Clarendon/Courthouse area, and this was by far the best choice in my price range. My 1-bedroom apartment is very spacious. There are only three closets, but one of them is huge (the other two are a little small). I love the arched doorways and hardwood floors. The appliances were all relatively new when I moved in, and have worked well so far. Utilities are free except for electricity (heat and cooking use gas), and there are two laundry rooms (with relatively spacious machines). There's a small fitness center as well, which isn't usually crowded, and storage bins (which are located in the creepiest, most poorly-lit basement ever, but still convenient).

My only complaints are with the lack of adequate parking (I've never gotten a spot, usually park up the hill in a nearby neighborhood) and the office hours. On weekends, the office is only open on Saturday from 10am-2pm, and the girl is usually out giving tours. During the week the office hours are 9-5, which obviously is no good if you work 9-5.

Despite these minor setbacks, I really love living here, and hope to stick around for at least a few years.

You say "great place to live" and "I really love living here" but don't recommend Lyon Village? What's up with that?
