Manager is not around the property and the office is often closed during so called office hours.

I love my apartment, but the parking is a nightmare. I have to search for a spot every night. The Manager, when she happens to be around, says that a new parking lot is in the works,I heard that from the last Manager, Pam, whom we all liked and miss.

The office is open from 9-5, Tuesday through Friday, and by appointment on Saturdays. The office is closed for lunch between 1 and 2 p.m. on weekdays. Perhaps you're calling outside of office hours.

I've lived at Lyon Village for years and don't have these problems. The office hours are posted on the door and it is open during those hours. There also is an emergency phone number for residents to call after hours. Parking is tight, but it has been for decades -- in any case, I have always been able to find a space, usually in the parking lot but never more than a couple of blocks away on neighborhood streets.
