I have lived here for 5 years and I love it. The apartments are lovely with unusual charm, the staff is wonderfully responsive and friendly.

They did build a new parking lot out back, but I am concerned about the design, and never park there. There is only one exit, even for pedestrians, which means in the very unlikely event you are accosted, there is no place to escape. They did respond to our concern and put in a gate after the construction of the lot, but of late they have kept the gate locked, which sort of defeats the purpose.

My one complaint is they are starting to price the apartments above market value (2008). If we weren't moving out this year for other reasons, we would likely consider moving due to receiving a hefty rent increase every single year.
