I moved to this apt in the end of August and so far I have not encountered any problem. The community and the neighborhood are very quite. The location is great, rent is moderate in the area, and even though there is not enough on-site parking but you can easily find site street parking. They are also building an additional parking lot, even though the construction has been slowed down for a while, but once that is done, parking will no longer be an issue.
