I have lived here for two years and am SO happy we were able to move in here. I've had no regrets. This apartment complex is beautiful, the apartments themselves are unique and have adequate space without being ostentatious, and the management/other tenants are very friendly. I've always had quick response to infrequent problems. The only drawbacks are that there are no laundry machines in-unit (hey, i guess you can't have everything!) and that the rent price has gone up -- it is probably a tad over-market now. But it's all good. If there is a free apartment here, by all means snatch it quickly!
