While the price is better than most apartments in the arlington area, you certainly get what you pay for. The apartment's carpet appears as though it hasn't been cleaned or changed in 10 years and the windows LEAKE during rain storms (I'm talking about dripping water through the WALLS and ceiling of the apartment). I was very disappointed by the service. The first time my window leaked, it took the staff a week to come out to fix it. The second time the window leaked, I called the "emergency number" only to find out that you are required to leave a message for an emergency situation. Interesting.
