I've only lived here a short while, but I have had a great experience so far at Marbella apartments. True, this is not luxury apartment living, so the carpets may not be the best ever, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice they are - very clean and in good condition. The apartment was freshly painted and VERY VERY clean before I moved in. If you do not keep it clean, you will experience some bug problems, but that is common everywhere... When I had a problem with the toilet being a little loose, it was fixed THAT AFTERNOON. Parking is never a problem, and the metro is so close! If I had to complain about anything, it would be that I can hear people walking above me. However, this is expected in any apartment. Also, although I am next to a laundry room and it can sometimes be pretty loud in the hallway, I have never heard the noise once in my apartment. For a first time renter or someone who wants a nice, attractive apartment without all the cost you pay for luxuries elsewhere, Marbella is a great choice!
