The building itself is quite nice. It's very clean, the amenities aren't bad, etc. although it is most certainly overpriced. The only reason I lived here is because I was very new to the DC area.
From day 1, the management has been rude and condescending. They act as if you are wasting their time when you ask for basic things like getting A/C fixed. They once lost my rent check, didn't notify me about it for 3 weeks, and then posted a notice on my door saying I had 5 days to pay (cashier's check only, not personal) or I'd be evicted. When they later found the check, I didn't even get an apology.
There are plenty of similarly nice buildings where you'll pay less and be treated better.
