I've been here only a couple of months, but... I am going to update after living a few months more later (since I sign the contract -_-;;;)
Pros.
-Generally, it's clean, compared to two other apts I checked before moving in here.
-Maintenance respond quickly
-Not that noisy inside (might be I have a super nice neighbors ^^, but i can't sleep with my window open since it's very noisy outside)
Cons.
-A few leasing agents are very rude, esp manager. She doesn't care about your time. (some are nice, though).
-Have imcompetent concierge, but friendly though ("can you come back tomorrow and ask the manager/office staff -_-;;;_then why are you there" "sorry, it's not here. -_-;;; then where' Sometimes they are not there. I had to go back three times to get my package)
-expensive rent: don't be fooled by "1mo rent free" since they will tell you higher rent to get what they want to get from you
-no security whatsoever. if somebody inside passes by the door, the door can be opend by anybody outside. Also, loading dock is open during the daytime and anybody can come in.
-you can see what kind of things your neighbors are doing since two buildings are too close
In general, it's not a bad place to live, if you don't care about mgt staff here and come home late and sleep and go out in the morning to work
Cheers!
