Only minor complaints, overall good

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Parking: my only complaint is that many spaces are tight and too many SUV drivers park in ?compact? spaces (so the neighboring spaces are even tighter). The towing company ought to be towing the SUVs from the spaces marked ?compact cars only.?
Noise: I have never heard a neighbor through the walls in two years (perhaps only those in the hallway or on their balconies) in two years. NOT A PROBLEM.
Safety: I haven't had any problems but the field across the street is usually littered with evidence that unsavory characters may loiter there at night (you have to walk by this area to get to and from the Metro).
Construction: my only complaint are that the heating/AC is loud, there is insufficient closet space, and the carpet stains if you just look at it funny.
Office staff: As with any group, there are good ones and bad ones. The concierge Clarence is a great guy who is very nice and very helpful. There is also Kim in the leasing office who is also very nice and very helpful. The only one to complain about is Jason (if I have his name correct) who is rather unhelpful and a jerk. It is worth noting that the staff seems stable with little turn over.
Overall: I am moving out of Arlington and have been hunting for places far and wide in the DC area. I would say that the prices at the Warwick are not unreasonable within the context of the unreasonable rents in Arlington.
