Not a bad experience

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I moved out of warwick house about a month ago and never had any major problems dealing with the staff or having them try to extract excess funds from me (except when they wanted to raise the rent $80 a month, not worth it). The staff was always friendly, but I never had any major issues. My complaints were with the construction of the building. When all was quiet in my apartment, I could very clearly hear my next door neighbors. They also wanted to raise the garage fees, but took away guest parking. The walls would also ding and mark really easily, the gym equipment was very cheap, and the dishwasher never worked well. But other than that (and really, those are minor things) living there was not a bad experience. I would advise those with pocket books on the small side to look elsewhere for a better deal. But with the 2 metro stops and stores right nearby it was very convenient.
