Look at every apartment listed on aptratings.com. If it has a lot of reviews, it's not because its a great place to live.
People are trying to tell you something about the Warwick house. The staff is rude, the apartments are expensive, and the overall experience is one big headache.
Yes, I will admit that I lived in the Warwick house for two years, but it was before I knew any better. In looking at the other communities throughout Northern Virginia, I realized that the Warwick house was not that great of a deal.
It seems like a lot of other people share the same opinion......
