I would have gotten around earlier to rating the Warwick House, but only found this site a few days ago and I wish I would have seen it before I moved into the Warwick House.

You can obviously read the items on here and tell who works for the staff and who are tenants..lets face it, people are not going to come on here and place a positive note about a place and the same complaint continues in all of these....very unfriendly staff.

I have lived all over the country and in various rental units..and not all are great, but one thing that I do require is a staff that treats its tenants with more respect then what I have seen here.

Trying to reach the staff usually involves leaving a message and it never returned. The concierge staff is more interested in your personal business then being a true "concierge".

The building is new and the apts are fairly clean, but the rent is too high, which I found out after the fact. Also, the utilities will cost a lot. Gas is outrageous and you have no alternative. The owners conveniently bill your water through a private service, which probably gives them a "kick-back" on the water service and sewer.

The garage parking is very tight and before I moved out, it started leaking and damaging the paint on cars because of the acidity in the concrete. ...wonder if they ever fixed that problem'

The amenities are lacking. The excercise room is ok, but not too fancy. Forget about the conference room that you can never use because they will not open it unless someone is there...which is not in the evenings. The pool is more or less a large bath tub on the roof.

..you can definitely find better alternatives to here with better rents. It is not as near to the metro that you think and the walk-way can be dangerous at night..or even during the day.
