If you've got the money and just need a nice roof over your head with no interaction with management, this is the place for you. However, if you require any assistance from them, expect poor customer service and prepare to be disappointed. Several complaints I had were never followed up on, all the way up to the Housing Manager level. All I got were words, mere apologies for "misunderstandings" (euphamism for lies) and more false promises to correct the situation. While I can go on with a litany of the specifics, the bottom line is that I plan on moving out of here as soon as I can. I don't need to pay a lot of money to feel like a second-class tenant. While the location is convenient right now, I suspect that traffic and parking here will get worse. Since I've moved here, I've had to search harder for a parking in the garage, where the spaces are tight and people double park. Construction is noisy, and so I seldom open my sliding door. I have never written a review on this site before, because, as a reader, you never know if you can trust them or not. However, I decided to contribute, since it may help some unsuspecting person out there looking for a place to live. I made the mistake of not questioning everything they showed/told me up to the very last lease signing minute. I ended up not getting the apartment I was told I would get. Don't get taken advantage of and distracted by their smiles and claims of the great deal you'll be getting. There ARE other options out there!
