Compared to other places I have lived (Try Columbia Plaza in DC if you want to see a really BAD, overpriced apartment complex) the price is good for the amenities included. I am happy to be living here-the staff have been friendly, (Tomeka is very nice) the apartments are new and well-designed, and the mall is nearby ;). The layout of the parking garage could be better and safer, but for $25 a month (as opposed to the $155 I was paying in DC) I am not complaining! I would certainly recommend this place to my friends and family.
