Leasing Staff - Less than Desireable

If you are looking for a great location with easy access to 110, 66, and 395 - this is a good place to be. However, if you are looking for the amenities, friendliness and honesty of staff, appropriate follow-up, adequate parking, etc. - be cautious. Everything always needs to be in writing. Here is a breakdown of the staff:
Phil - always smiling, but also always protecting his job.
Jason - don't trust anything he tells you. everything needs to be in writing. he is a great sales person, but will deny agreements afterward.
Tamika - thank god she is gone. extremely lazy.
Suzanne - very friendly, always polite. unfortunately, she is often put in positions of having to soften a situation after something has not been done adequately (generally an over promise and undelivered item from Jason).
Denise (former concierge) - her short tenure proved that we as the customers were to wait while she did who knows what on the computer. and, why am I still waiting 15 minutes later to pick up a package'
Clarence (previous concierge to Denise) - a wonderful concierge who had your packages waiting for you when you walked up. very efficient, always polite, and definitely greatly missed.
Joe (maintenance) - extremely efficient, always polite, treats the tenants with great respect.
It is unfortunate that a community, which initially had so much to offer, has missed the importance of valuing its customers. The focus is on new leases, and not servicing its existing customers. Maybe the newest management will prove to provide a few of the drastic changes needed. (Parking would be a great start.)
