Yes, it's not a bad building (it shouldn't be considering the age of the building), but the management is very very inefficient.

You just sign a contract and think you got a good deal' Think again. Somebody next to you got a better deal.
Once you move in (of course after trapping into 12 month lease), please ask around how much your neighbors are paying. Depening on who you talk to and when you moved in, your rent is totally different. My rent for 1bed den is cheaper than my friend's 1bed rent in another building. Why' Lucky me.

Parking seems a little better thesedays, but if you have other than compact car, buy a reserved parking lot if you don't want to scratch your car.

Noisy' Another resident below me mentioned that he/she can't hear any noise from Nat'l Airport' Hello, they take off to another direction. Of course, you are not going to hear anything. But noisy from another unit, especially Air conditioner, seems quite loud. Unless you also turn your air conditioner on all night, you will hear humming sound. If you rent higer floor, noise nearby street is also considerable.
(unless you like tightly close your window 24/7)

It's good 10 minutes walking distance where you will get all the wind in Virginia during the winter so you will be very jealous of the shuttle from the next door "super big apartment Bennington" with a comparable price.
