My unit has extremely thin wall that I know when my neighbors are in, watching TV, etc. I also know when the tenant living above me goes to the restroom.

They keep saying it's a luxury apartment, but since tenants can have animals (up to 35lb, yet I've seen dogs much bigger than that) and some owners don't take care of them well, the hallway (don't care their units) smelled like a farm in a steamy hot summer day.

Leasing agents...
Some are ok, i guess, but some are extremely rude, and think they are on top of all the tenants. I guess they are also under Bozzuto's tight control.

Rent...
They raised the rent 5-8% this year (for your comparison, inflation in the Washington Metro area, as long as I know, is less than 3.6%). Who knows what they will do with this next year.

I am definitely moving out when my lease is up. Good luck if you are thinking about moving into!
