Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my apartment: the view, the convenient location, the management, the clean building, and my neighbors. The drawbacks are the price (but I knew when I moved in that I was paying a premium for location and security) and the thin walls (but management was very helpful when my requests to the neighbors - who are apparently quite popular and don't require much sleep - went unregarded).
Good location, pleasant neighbors, and responsive management; I recommend the Warwick.
