Apparently the 35-40lb pet limit is not enforced. I have noticed full grown German Shepards in the building as well as other 75-90 lb dogs.
I am not a dog hater, however I do believe that pet owners should control their dogs from sniffing you in the close confimements of a elevator, especially if you are a female.

Warwick House staff failed to disclose the following: Dog Policy in 2004 was- two pet limit, up to 80lbs (combined or one animal up to 80#). Dog Policy mid-2005 became- 35-40limit, one dog. Dog Policy by the end of 2005- 35 pound limit, one animal, only on the first through fifth floors. All changes to the policy still allowed previous residents to remain with larger animals, etc. Management has failed you as a resident by misinforming you.
