Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
For the short amount of time I've been living here I can't complain enough. Management has changed and they have no respect for anyone. They've lost my rent check 2 times already. Utilities aren't paid and are very expensive (200 for a 1 bedroom).
The garage door in warwick II broke, was broken for 2 months with no explanation. My car has been hit numerous times because all the spots are for compact cars.
The heat didn't work in my apartment, we had ant proplems, no hot water, dishwasher hose broke and flooded the kitchen, gas leak from the stove, the list goes on an on.
I find it to be very expensive for what you get.
Only advantage: 2 blocks to the metro.
