I have been living at the Warwick House for close to 6 years. First 2-3 years were very nice. Management people were friendly and professional, even though people move in&out very often, respecting each other. On the July 4th we could go up the roof and watch fireworks. Then management kept changing and Buzzuto came in and change the policies without giving real notice and making living there really uncomfortable, they seem friendly, but I don't think they are doing their job which is serving residents' requests/needs. Many of new residents have bad manners, parking is a nightmare, rent is going up so rapidly, utility especially gas is reidiculously expensive, one of the concierges is completely inadequete. Why am I still living there' Because it's very very convenient and safe place to live, and those are important factors for me. I will definitely move out if I could find similar location with those factors.
