Pros
-hallways are cleaned often
-nighttime concierge is nice
-free coffee
Cons
-*my biggest issue - the MANAGEMENT: DOESNT CARE, INCOMPETENT, OR LIARS I dont know which one but you will suffer for it*
-you will wake up each morning around 7am if the trash trucks reverse beeper doesnt do it, 4-6 one ton trash cans slamming on the ground after being emptied will
-garage parking is tight- expect dents in your car
-expect some strange fluid to drip from the garage ceiling on your car
-good luck finding parking after 7pm
-will hear diesel busses and smell diesel fuel all day during tourist season due to the hotel next door the busses do not shut off
-walls are decent but I heard my neighbors movies and bass tube
-expect hot water to run out approximately 10 min after starting your shower
-ceiling space compromised by vents
-no nightlife in the immediate area
-lot of contractors and temporary residents in the apartment pentagon next door
-no sense of community
