The term "luxury" is a misnomer. There are no luxuries on the property. The fixtures and appliances are average, and other "trappings" are meagre. A big issue was the poor quality and availability of a concierge. For the first 1 1/2 years, the concierge was there only during the day and evening, and most of them could not speak English very well. They have hired better people, but the "services" they provide as concierges are far below normal expectations for luxury apartments.
Leasing agents have an attitude, although you may find one (as I did) who was not rude. The new management firm (Buzzuto) is much worse than the old one.
The 3 elevators were always very slow during "rush hours" because they always had 1 elevator out of service.
