I'm a still resident of this apartment for avoiding this XXXX penalty.
apart from that, First of all, their garage is micro tiny small.
before you decide to move in, you better check how many cars got dents and scratches in the garage. You HAVE TO think about the cost of fixing your car also including rent and utilities.
parking, its kidding me.
Its like you have to get all of your even 6th sense to park or getting in or out the garage.
and they put the sign everywhere that they are not doing any responsibilities about any damage in their garage.
I lived there 12 month so far.
I have soooo many stories about their disappointing actions.
the reason why i live one month more is that they charged me $900 because of "one month" prior notice.
they told me I should have let them know "two month" prior before i moving out.
they charge you in a various ways you will see.
and do not take a responsibilities to any of people already moved in.
dispite all of my this review, if you want to move in, check the date when is two month prior to the date your contract is over and take a look around the car in the garage and RECONSIDER IT.
Or even try to park in the garage after 6pm when most people coming in.
you will see how pain in the ass it is to park in the garage.
and funny thing is they named "compact car only " in some spots.
but you will notice that how compact should the car they meant it.
hahaha its one of funnist thing for this apt.
I STRONGLY TWO THUMB DOWN TO THIS APARTMENT.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APPARTMENT EVER !
plus, they have swimming pool on roof top.
hahaha its 3 ft deep.
try it if you can swim there
hahaha

I have a problem with this review. Obviously this person had a problem with parking. They seem to focus on that main problem. Thsy also do not have a good command of the English language that leads me to believe that may be part of their problem. I don't live here yet and will not base my decision on this review.
