Great Community & Great Value

Having lived at the Warwick House for two years, I thought I should leave a note here for people who, like me, read reviews before taking consumer action.

I read many of the reviews here prior to moving in and I must say that I was concerned. What made me feel better initially, however, was the fact that virtually every apartment for which I checked the reviews there were always a few people that complained about things. I'm glad I moved in because my concerns were unfounded. Warwick House is a great place.

After two years, I bought a condo and moved (yes, at the peak of the market, but my timing has never been great). But for those two years at the Warwick House, I have to say that it was just easy living at a fair price. The apartments are well built. Noise was never an issue; and I am pretty sensitive about such things. (I hope my neighbors would say the same about me.) The office staff was always professional and generally took care of requests the same day. Like I said, easy living.

At the top of my list of key benefits is the dog exercise area, the maintenance staff, and the area itself. I couldn't believe it when they put in the pet area, but it's fantastic. (No more guilt about the amount of exercise you dog gets.) Because the building limits pets to certain floors, if you are not a dog person, you hardly notice that they live in the building. Also, the building I lived in (Warwick I) was very well kept - clean, well lit, and you could tell that management wanted to keep the building looking new. The area's restaurants and shopping speak for themselves!

After my first year, I checked around the area to get a sense of rents at other buildings before I renewed. Obviously, since I stayed, it was the best value in the area. (But it was all the more convenient that my stuff was already there, too ;-) The pools, multiple exercise areas, and other amenities were great. I currently live in a building without these benefits and it really makes a big difference. All in all, I do highly recommend the Warwick House. Two of my friends actually moved in subsequent to me. That says a lot, since they spent enough time there to get a real sense of the community. People will always find something to complain about...and those that do, usually do it loudly. The fact is that this apartment is a good value in a great area. Go check it out. I bet you'll agree.
