Dogs limited to 1st five floors.... hah, they are all over the buildings, all the way to the top. Jacked up rent big time when lease renewed. Many moved out, but office wont say how many vacant now. good location, but not worth the rent...buy a place bigger than we have and pay less each month

Dogs limited to 1st 5 floors effective with new mangement 2 1/2 years ago. Cannot make long term residents move to lower floors! Yes rents go up, have to checked the Crystal City market lately? By the way Warwick House is sitting at 96%!!
