I have lived in the Warwick House for a little under a year. I love my apartment, it is bright and sunny. I have a dead bolt on my aparment door, and I asked for a chain, and within hours maitenance had installed it. The office is always very friendly, they know the name of my dog and give her treats all the time. I constantly lock myself out of my apartment, and they are very sweet when it happens (even at 4am). The location is great, the metro is just a short 2 blocks, and it is right at the foot of a lot of major highways. Maintenance is very fast knowledgable and reliable. It is also very quiet, I have never heard my neighbors. It is expensive, but not nearly as expensive as DC, I was paying almost twice as much in DC and I had mice there. I have never seen a bug in this building. Parking has never really been an issue, Im just happy it is $50 instead of the $350 I was paying in DC.
