I would HIGHLY question your judgement if you decided to make the mistake of staying here like we did. The only good thing about this place is the location. The management is horrible, they told us that there would be renovations done to the entire building and here we are over a year later and nothing is done. The staff is generally rude aside from Michael who is a great help in the leasing office. God forbid you have a maintenance problem, you will initially get yelled at by the maintenance people that "why did you cause this problem in the first place" and then they will proceed to show you that you are the cause of the world's suffering by putting food in the disposal (I though that is what it was there for...who knew'). As for the parking, well yes, park downstairs in the dungeon, but expect your car to collect either crazy amounts of dust, or chemical residue from the ceiling which drips (worse of course with rain.) Not to mention the fact that you WILL get a ding or seven especially if your car is shiny and new. One last point I have to make. I wrote a complaint to the management staff after telling them that we were looking to leave. They themselves told us that "many other tenants have been frustrated and upset by the lack of upgrades that were promised when they signed their leases." All in all I would advise you in all honesty to save your money and look elsewhere...we are. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
