I have been living at Warwick House for two months now. I have really enjoyed my stay. The location is GREAT! It is near the Metro, shopping, Costco, and just a short hop to the District. It's so convenient, we were able to walk to the inauguration in January. Management has been attentive and helpful. We love the fact that we can pay our rent with our card. The apartment was exactly as explained and we were even allowed to paint accent walls! We have had a lovely stay at Warwick House so far and will likely continue to live here until we either move out of state or buy a house. I am looking forward to many more years to come.

This is the fakest-looking review I have read and I have been reading reviews for the past two weeks. Someone needs to tell the management to change their behavior instead of post transparent rave reviews of the property. "live here until we move out of state or buy a house," ok that makes no sense. Either you're going to buy a house here or move out of state. Right. Also, who looks forward to many more years to come at an apartment complex? And finally, who talks like this, "We have had a lovely stay at the Warwick House." Fake. Fake. Fake.

What? You're and idiot. If you think this was written by management, think again. I wrote it. I live in the building. I dont work here...never have, never will. What is with all the insults? My house comment makes no sense? Are you smoking crack? It means that I dont plan on moving to another apartment complex because I am happy here and think it is great. What the hell is wrong with you? By the way, I look forward to many more years at an apartment complex...this one. So, watch what you say, you might just be insulting a real person with real opinions. If you have an opinion about this apartment complex, why dont you put that up instead of insulting me. By the way, it has now been six months and I like this place even more. The pool could be a bit larger and they dont have to chain the pool furniture to the roof, but overall, I am very happy with Warwick House and would recommend it to family and friends.
