The air conditioning in the gym has been broken for the last few months and the staff keeps saying they are in the process of "designing." No one is fixing anything - so it's like working out in a sauna. The gym gets the most direct sunlight - so heat gets trapped in there all day. The TV's in their "cardio theater" only work sometimes and there are never batteries in the remote controls.

Most people that live here get a per diem, so their rent is paid for. As one of the few people that pays rent from my own pocket, it bothers me that one of the biggest amenities for this building is almost unusable bc of the heat index. Parking is a pain for guests and towing is rampant and expensive. Maintenance checks the apartments every few months - for what, I don't know. The head maintenance guy is very argumentative and rude. When I asked about the gym, he said, "Air conditioning is a luxury." He also said it is a "luxury building" so wouldn't it make sense that you would expect air conditioning in the gym'

Overall, I'd recommend that you live here if you get a per diem. The apartments are quiet and the amenities are nice when fully operable.
