The gym thing really hits a nerve with me, too. I've been hearing for months that they're doing all they can to fix it. I don't believe it. When I first asked about the a/c the guy at the front desk told me I should just run outside. Um, it's over 100 degrees outside. They have some portable units in to try to band-aid the situation - but not only do they not work b/c they have to open the windows to put the exhaust tubes through - but they block the use of the weights - and the units were rarely emptied by staff. Very ghetto for what they charge for rent.

Parking situation is fine, it's very quiet - except for the dude who keeps his dog on the balcony on the weekends, safe - except for the rando people walking around the lobby late at night on the weekends, leasing staff are nice but forgetful/flighty.
