I chose this apartment because I was working at the Pentagon for three months and I wanted to bring my puppy with me. The ONLY redeemable thing about this apartment is the fact that they allow pets.

The leasing agents are stupid -- mine had to print off my lease four times prior to me signing because he kept forgetting things. In fact, I had to tell him to charge me the $500 pet fee.

Also, my DoD orders were required for me to lease, but when my orders changed I was told by the Army to leave a week earlier they would not let me out of my lease and it only had a week left.

They also told me they charge the government more than the average person because they want to take the full per diem. I was not receiving the full per diem and I still got charged more. I'm pretty sure this is illegal anyway.

Overall, it's not worth the money. Also, I was there from Oct-Dec. and the pool was closed for the winter, however, my amenity fee was still the same even though I couldn't use the pool.

Find somewhere else to live.
