I have a tenacity of negative forshadowing so lets hope this does not bite me in the arse. I've been here for almost a month and have no complaints at all. The apartment is a great deal considering your space, location and the fact that utilities are included. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great as well! I almost had a heart attack when they called a few hours after service was performed on my apartment and asked if everything was to my liking. After living in the threshold of hell, (the hampton aparments, 1425 S. Eads Street, 703-950-2020; prank them and tell them they suck) it is so refreshing to be in a place where you do not feel like you are living in a verticle mobile home.

Bravo! Lets hope this lasts!
