We moved in 2002 and the staff was fabulous. Now the manager and assist. manager are totally non-tenant responsive. They just started a month or 2 ago and they are like the most unfriendly, unfeeling couple of guys I've ever met. They are hiking the rents (like $300 a month) for tenants already living here whose lease is coming up, they lock the xerox room so we no longer have access to using it when they are not here, and they no longer give us access to our own apartments. after hours unless we pay an additional $150 or so for their "new key" which is totally unnecessary and obviously contrived to bleed more money from tenants etc. etc. Some of the desk clerks are lovely and very nice, but the management acts like they are trying to exact as much money as they can from the tenants already here -- totally stupid of them cause we're planning on moving now and we loved it here before.
