just wanted to amplify what was said.

I'm a current resident and can't wait to get out of here.

The renovations...the elevators..the parking garage mess...and nothing from management on this.

First moved in to Parc Vista in 2004...and the management team then was pretty good.

It's gone nothing but downhill since.

One other note- be very wary of the 'secured' building and garage.

The security devices on the doors are often broke, and the garage doors are frequently shutdown while repaired, leaving everything below open to crime.

I've had a bike stolen from the garage, while it was locked up AND while the access points were under controlled access.

Be wary of the security.

I only stay because of the location.

It really can't be beat for convenience.

Oh My, the post from 8/25/05: Come over to Crystal Towers on So EADS and 15th. Even though you read some people's negatives about CT. we are living in a much better place. Over all, our 4 elev. work very fast and all go to the garage, the lobby and click cafe are constantly cleaned as well as the elevators and hall carpets. Our apt is beautiful, 2 BR, 2 baths all new and the kitchen sparkles with new tiles, sink appliances and all work... new carpet and a 20'x7' balcony. Yes, we too have the fire engines..going to help someone in need......
