Have been at Parc Vista since last June. Overall very happy with the apartment.

1. Location is fabulous, walking distance to Pentagon City mall and metro.
2. Receptionists are always responsive and nice.
3. Management is fairly responsive and usually returns phone calls within 24 hours.
4. Maintenance is great! Usually repair the requested items within a few days (often less than 24 hours).
5. indoor heated pool, fitness center, business center, and nice reading room. Oh, and garage parking for $75 a month.

DOWNSIDES:
6. Only complaint -- I live on the side near South Hayes street so the noise from nearby traffic is sometimes bothersome (there are a lot of sirens in pentagon city) but other than that, great place.

7. Rent -- a bit higher than I would have liked, but given the quality of the apartment, I'm satisfied.
