I am actually moving out in a month b/c the rent I'm paying ($1170) is way too hight for the service and quality of tenants in this apartment complex.

The management staff is new. They are worthless and imcompetent. I have gone to teh office more times than I can count to courteously ask them to do something about my groceries being stolen, or the vandelism that happened twice. I even called the headquarters (Apt mgmt company) to address my concerns but to this date, I have not recieved a single response. When you have a problem with your apartment and you tell the management, they'll smile and say 'we'll take care of it' - and basically lie to your face. I can not stress how incompetent the management is here, very unfortunate.

MOst of the tenants here are nice, professional people. BUT, there are several tenants here who are less than nice. Many people in this building are unfriendly, I've had tenants yell at me because I didn't open the front door for them b/c I happen to be in the lobby.

Bottom line is - you can pay $100 bucks more to get a MUCH newer apt complex w/ washer and dryer in the apt (park adams was built in 1962) and a somewhat coherant staff that will help you to resolve your problems.

Stay away from park adams.
