Nice, convenient location

I spent three years here and loved it. The location was convenient: 10-minute walk to Metro and Clarendon nightlife, and easy access to I-66. Brick-and-concrete construction kept the noise down. I had one of the ground-floor apartments, so I had my own private entrance (no need to deal with entry system or elevators). Free utilities was a major plus. And I just liked the solid, built-to-last 1960s construction.
Parking was never a problem for me, but I only have one car. I frequently had guests, and could usually find visitor parking for them, or, at worst, parking on the street out front.
Bottom line: you can?t beat it for the price.
