A good basic apartment

Park Adams is a good place to stay as long as you don't need to deal with maintenance.
The apartments are large and have good sound insulation. The area is very safe and prices are good for the neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to the metro, shopping, etc.
However, if anything breaks expect to request maintenance 2, 5, or 10 times. We finally had to write the office a stern letter in order ot get action. The actual maintenance men are nice, but the front office staff is disorganized and careless. They repeatedly lost requests and would only write them in the request book upon our in-person insistence. Too bad, they lost good tenants because of this.
