Constant construction (ongoing for the last 2 years), and a ever-changing mindless idiots that run the office make you wanna pull your hair out. Vistor parking has become a major issue simply because if someone drops by the see you when the office is closed, and park in the 'visitors parking lot'... they get towed! They keep making improvements to the appearance of the building but seem to be missing a key aspect of upgrading the building, THE APARTMENTS! My heat was constantly not working and it would take forever for anyone to respond. The only thing this place has going for it is the location close to the courthouse metro, so that when you wake up in the morning you can ride far far away.
