Overall, Park Adams is a pretty nice place to live. It is conveniently located on Lee Highway right off of Route 66 in the Courthouse neighborhood in Arlington, it has easy access to the Orange Line of the Metro as well. It is a 5 minute walk to the Clarendon neighborhood with all of its restaurants and nightlife, and a $5 cab ride to Georgetown. A great location for the youngsters. The staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance requests are usually handled within 1-2 days of request and emergency requests are handled right away. The only issue I've had, which is a pretty minor issue, is the lack of visitor parking spots. As far as price goes it is not cheap, but for the area it is very reasonable. So, overall, I give Park Adams two big thumbs up.
