Terrible, will not do anything for you, and as soon as you learn their names, the staff changes. Terrible

Close to Downtown Arlington and Metro stations
Apartment = F
Can you say cockroaches' Remodeling that actually means fumigating or just destroying a wall because they feel like it. Amenities... laughable. Used to be free to have a party in the social room, now they charge a $700 minimum for the 1st hour!
Price = F
Are you kidding' It's freaking expensive to live in this ghetto. Find somewhere else and pay for gas to get where you need to go, rather than living in a roach motel.
Parking = F
1 spot... Hope you don't have more than 1 car or a family. And visitor spots' Only if your family/friends like to walk a mile to get to your place. Street parking' Non-existent.
Overall = F
Location is good, but come on, do you really want to stay in a roach motel that costs more $$$ than any sane person would pay to sleep with those critters' And the pictures of the place must have been Photoshopped, because it is never that good here.
