I wouldn't rate this as poorly as the person below who gave a report card rating. Sure, it is not the nicest place, but it is good for the price. Depsite what that poster said, the biggest selling point for me was the PRICE. It is cheap. maybe that person hasn;t looked at nicer places in Arlington, or ANY place in DC, but I think it is a steal. And as for parking, yes you only get one spot, and the visitor parking is limited, but parking is free unlike most apartment complexes (esp. in DC). Overall, It is decent for the price. There are ample washer/dryers, a new fitness room (small), a pool and tons of grills and picnic tables. Maintenance and the front office have always responded to my requests in a timely manner.
