I'm living here now.
I can't see I have too much complain about this place.
It's more affordable than most other places around this neighborhood. You need to pay a fortune if you prefer any fancy life in this area. $2000 is the bottom line.
It's decent, though a bit worn out. Fast to fix problems. Carpet is old and stained, but consider the money and age of this place, I think it's understandable.
Nice lobby, elevators always work. Office always open. Gym is fine. Laundry is easy and adequate. Location is good too, with not much noise and close enough to everything.
Parking is a problem if you had two cars in one apartment.
