I have lived here for 2 years and love it here. The rent is very affordable for 2bdrms, maintenance requests are handled within 24 hrs, credit-card option for laundry, gym is nice and clean, social room is very beautiful and usually available. Parking is free here and I have never had a problem finding a spot, no matter how late at night, there's always extra spots. The management staff is very courteous and eager to help any issues a tenant may have. If you're looking for an affordable place in Arlington, that has parking and is less than 10 min walk to the courthouse metro, this is the place to be.
