The location of the building is great and the apartments aren't bad if you don't mind small kitchens and baths, old 1950's moldings and cabinets which have just been painted over and over. My main complaints are with the management staff. I have had multiple occasions where they have confused my account with someone else's and put eviction notices on my door. I was told that it is their policy to just place notes on your door rather than calling me and letting me knew that something wasn't right and we could have gotten it cleared up. I got a letter a few weeks ago that said I owed money from over 4 months ago and the only way I got out of it was because I kept all the paperwork they put on my door which proved that I was right and owed nothing. They are rude and don't acknowledge you when you walk into the office and are not helpful when you do have a problem. Do keep all paperwork and reciepts when dealing with the office staff. I will write more when I finally move out in a month. That should be interesting. I feel for the price they are charging they should value their tenants a little more and be more friendly.
