I've lived here two years. The price is not so bad for Arlington, especially for the very large apartment that I have. The problems with the air conditioning are true but this year wasn't nearly as bad as the past. The air conditioning was fixed fairly quickly this year.

Howerver, it angers me to see the 'improvements' they made that are coming out of my rent check, such as the new ugly wall paper around the doors. I have not been happy with my rent increases that have shortly been followed by some senseless upgrade made to the apartments.

The office staff is new, and the I have yet to make up my mind about them.

I have had several problems with my apartment. Most have been fixed fairly quickly if your persistent with the office staff.

Overall its not so bad for the price. Other buildings in the arlington area are much more expensive, Park Adams is pretty much a no frills place.
