I have recently moved out of Park Adams after living there for a year and a half, and I couldn't be happier about not being there anymore. It seemed alright at first, but then the air conditioning broke down more than once during both summers that I lived there. Although didn't matter because it was always hot in the apartment, even when a/c worked.

The rent was not a good deal considering what you have to put up with, hot apartments, bad laundry facilities, next to no visitor parking, and rude management. Although, I am not sure about the new management staff since they came right before I left.

And they are so disorganized that they still send me letters saying that they are making a needless rent increase!
